Brno, Nov 19 (BD) – A 31-year-old woman driving her Skoda down a narrow road in Bystrc on Sunday got more than she bargained for when sounding her horn to let a pedestrian know she was behind him. Hearing the sound, the man turned around and started attacking her car, hitting it with his hand as well as kicking the driver-side door. After attempting unsuccessfully to enter the vehicle, he turned and left the scene.
According to police spokeswoman Tereza Kadrnozkova, “While officers from the city police were on their way, the woman remained in the vehicle. With the help of her husband, the police officers managed to track down the suspect, who did not deny his inflammatory behavior. He said he was indignant that the woman had frightened him and made him drop a bag with glass bottles.”
The police officers took photos of the damage to the car and, depending on the amount of damage, will refer the case to either the administrative authority or the state police.
